At Poke Pub, we serve quality, sushi-grade fish in a bowl on top of a variety of ingredients left to our guests. Our marinade is a special homemade blend meant to capture not only the cuisine but the sights, sounds and smells of Hawaii by pulling ingredients together that add greater depth to an amazingly simple dish.
